My new go-to shop. I’ve only been here twice, but both times the guys working were super chill and helpful. I wish I got the name of the younger dude with the long hair—he really knew his stuff and helped me pick out my first vape (mod, or whatever you call it 😂). Since I saw he actually uses one, I figured it had to be a solid choice. No regrets, I’m happy with it. The shop itself is clean, quiet, and they’ve got a huge selection—something for pretty much everyone. Only downside? Parking kinda sucks. If there was a ever a time where the place is packed, you're outta luck. Definitely worth checking out. First time visited this store on 12/22/24, i met female employee. She was nice and very helpful , so I end up bought 2 vape the brand is called off stamp. I ask her I would need the package that comes with battery pack to the vape, but wasn't sure. But she give me a receipt just in case I need to come for an exchange. Sure enough after 2 days the vape ran out of battery. So today I spent 40 mins driving South Carolina to Augusta back to this for and exchange with my receipt. I met male worker and asking him nicely if could exchange unopened pack and pay the price difference so that I can charge my vape. The male inform that no exchange or refund enough the package never been open, and he say most store do not doing return or refund. I asked where is the store policy he couldn't show me anywhere in store, so I finally ran out of patient and say a bad word so them the male employee start kicking me out of the store, instead at call store manager or owner to ask about the situation. Anyways I would recommend this shop until theirs employees being train well and have more knowledge on there products that they have on shelfs, telling the customers the wrong information bad for business 😅!

Customer service is always great! The prices on the other hand are not! A pack of $0.99 cigars (Natty), with ".99" cents printed on wrapper, is $1.49 cents each. The convenience store still have thier purchased price as the label price. Someone told me about their experience with wanting to purchase a vape, which came to $34. Went to the store and purchased the same vape at a much cheaper rate. I didn't believe them until today.

Madison is so sweet and very helpful. She helped me find the perfect little disposable for me and my buddy. The quality is beautiful. No leaks even after being in a work truck. Tastes great. Truly a blue dream, lol.
