I bought a vape on Thursday and work In the shopping center. It worked in store but when I connected to the battery at home it said open circuit and wouldn’t work. Staff refused to correct stating I had 24 hours to return which was not disclosed at all. $16 wasted over poor product and even worse customer service

This place has terrible customer service. They refused to exchange a faulty product purchased less than 24 hours ago. Jason was extremely rude, telling me, “make sure you take care of your vape next time” as I was leaving, making it clear he didn’t care about the $31 I had just spent the day before. Jason’s, simple minded statement is the reason why I will not spend any more money with this business moving forward.

Pricing is great today for 420(BOGO) The staff is friendly and lots of help!

Travis was so helpful, honest, humble and knowledgeable about all their products. I wanted to dab for the first time, and he helped me pick the right products without taking advantage of me. He was interested in what I wanted, not my money. I love coming to this shop, it’s always a good time and everyone that works there is so nice, helpful, and not judgmental.

The most excellent display of Customer Service, Marcy really out did himself. He was extremely patient and had no issue walking me through my needs while in the shop. The professionalism and knowledge he portrayed was outstanding. I have been to other local shops but none have greeted me with the same customer service as this shop. I will certainly be returning and will only settle for Marcy to assist me. I highly recommend anyone interested to visit this shop and personally ask for Marcy, he never disappoints.
