This is a large spacious store with a lot of nice stuff. I only go to buy my carton of cigarettes, because they're actually dollars cheaper than the place closer to me that carries them, plus they have a frequent flyer program where they take your # & when you reach a certain amount, you get money off the next purchase. I mean, who doesn't like to save $? The 2 employees I've dealt with are so super nice and friendly, you can't help but chat a few extra minutes with them, and they make you feel very comfortable and welcome there. They're great. I highly recommend this place!

Now under new Management . Clean, friendly, positive atmosphere. Very god deal on Vapes, CBD disposables, pens, cigars. The new management is way more organized and systematic . They have really made the store look much better. You actually feel like going in. They also try their best to order things they don’t have and you may need. Sometimes it is difficult to get things as their market is not easy to deal with . But the best shop smoke in Baxley !!!!!

Tobacco Palace is a super friendly atmosphere!!!! They are very fair with their prices and policies, always have signs up for said policies. This is the best and only shop in town that we will use. If you have any questions they can always give you a straight answer and if there is anything they don't have in their store all you have to do is ask and they will put in their best efforts to get it in for you! 10/10 on my rating scale!

This place is amazing. Not only are the owners extremely nice and accommodating, they make sure you are 100% satisfied with the product you purchase before you even leave the store. They are knowledgeable about the products they sale and they even have their own home brand of vapes called Coastal. I cannot say enough nice things about them. They care about their business, they take pride in their product, this is where I shop, and you should too.

Avoid this scam at all costs. Save yourself by shopping elsewhere. Do not shop at Tobacco Palace of Baxley if you value your time or money. Many of the products here have defects and will stop working after you leave the store. After selling products that were confirmed to have been broken at the time of purchase, they are strict in their “no refunds or exchanges” policy. I returned to the store with the devices and the receipt. The owner of the store plugged it in, confirmed that it was a manufacturer defect, said that he did not care because it wasn’t his fault, and insisted that I read the store’s no exchange policy. He then continued to sell devices from the defective box to the unsuspecting customers behind me. I have never experienced such poor business.
