I come to hotbox all the time and have been for years, never had a problem with any of the employees. Everyone is nice and personable especially Ty and Shawn, they have worked here the longest and have always been super helpful and polite. 10 out of 10 best smoke shop around🤝

Ty the owner is amazing I love this dude very knowledgeable and very Best products in the market. I love this store. I will give them 10 stars if I could.

Noah is the best smoke shop employee i’ve ever met!! did a great job helping us find a good glass piece and was super funny.

Don’t ever shop at this place. Complete scam. They sold me a half used cart and refused to replace it when I came back only a few hours later. Don’t bother wasting your money. Shitty service and product

Noah was fantastic! He helped me find what I needed and answered all of my questions with a high level of knowledge. I will definitely be back!
