I had to come back on here and publicly thank Mr. Mike for his gratitude and being a listener and is about definitely making sure his customers are satisfied when there is a issue at hand, I felt in my heart that he was very honest and considerate to whom the issue at hand and was genuine for taking care of my concern immediately, I have been shopping here since the store opened and didn't want one bad experience to detour my opinion! Really impressed by the owner's commitment to customer satisfaction!!! I had some issues which I placed a negative review, and got a personal call from Sam who apologized properly and offered to do the right thing. Well done, sir. The shop has an excellent selection and variety of products, and the pricing was very good. I selected the apple and grape "salt" liquids for my new mods, and they are really nice quality and attractive packaging. I look forward to my next visit!!!

Amazing customer service every time we go!! They offer a special on their vapes if you buy 2 or more & they even have a 10% birthday discount & a loyalty discount program! Amazing incense & other cool 4/20 friendly stuff too!!!

Picked up a disposable pen here only to discover it was a dud, wouldn't turn on or charge. I called to ask if I could come back in for an exchange, not even a refund mind you, and the very rude girl on the other end asked if I had turned it on. When I explained to her that I have been trouble shooting this for about 30 minutes to no avail, she says well you should have tried it out in store. No refunds or exchanges. I will be filling a chargeback with my bank. All that to say shop somewhere else, they will sell you defective product and then try to blame you for not checking the quality of THEIR product.

Prices are by far the lowest in Gwinnett county! Staff is very knowledgeable & friendly, they always go above & beyond helping me with any questions! Great place that I can recommend enough!
