Went and visited Tobacco Palace today for the first time. I called ahead to see if they had CBD products and he answered the call with great phone etiquette.. When arrived and entered the store it was the same immaculate customer service... Mike helped me get what I needed at an affordable price and he did it with a smile. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

Very nice staff and the owners run the store. Anything you want they have it when it comes to tobacco. If they don't have it, they will get it for you. I highly recommend this place.

Bj was the best . I will take the hour drive everytime ,‘his customer service was amazing .

This store has great customer service with a focus in individual needs. Great cigars..best quality and selection around. Vapes are competitively priced with big selection as well. Highly recommend these guys!

This place is honestly amazing , I’d been hunting for a specific vape pod for a while now and when I called to ask if they were in stock, the guy was so kind and said he’d hold the only one they had left for me. Honestly such good ppl and they deserve more publicity . Yall have an awesome high ass day .
