I don't write reviews for places but after visiting Smoke 911 in Roswell and getting ripped off, I made it a point to let everyone know of this great outlet for Hookah and tobacco products! Rockstar Hookah has Great prices. Good customer service. The prices here are significantly cheaper than any other places around. Compare prices with Smoke 911 and you will never step into Smoke 911 again.

I really like this place. The prices are really great and conflicting to what some others have posted I found the customer service to be on point. They actually know their stuff and will definitely help you to make an informed decision. My friend got a beautiful hookah that smokes like a champ for a really great price. They actually carry the brands I like and unlike most other places they don't charge an arm and a leg for it. If you are looking to buy a new piece or just stock up on supplies I highly recommend them, their prices are great and if you ask you'll get an informed opinion.

Great customer service, wide variety of hookahs. Great prices. I will definitely be back!

Bought a hookah didnt recevie all the parts . Went back and they were acting out about it and that they had given me all the pieces. Got a second hookah and the stem was wrong size . Long story short DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND THEY ARENT CONSISTENT WITH THE PRODUCTS THEY HAVE IN STORE .

I made a purchase and was not allowed to turn it on at the shop. Got it home and it did not work, would not charge. When I went back I was told that I could not return it or get an exchange. It was a top end purchase. Have not heard from them regarding a replacement to this date. Beware of making a purchase at this shop.
