The young lady at the front desk was knowledgeable professional. Pleasant and always welcomed each guess with a smile. I highly recommend if you're looking for a great cigar spot, a lounge where you can sit back, relax, smoke, watch television and be in a safe environment. Definitely check them out.I wish I had more stars because it's definitely a ten out of ten

I do not recommend this establishment. If I could give no star I would We were leaving the brunch spot next door while waiting for our parents to finish their meal (we had separate reservations). My brother wanted to stop in and check this cigar lounge out since we do enjoy cigars. While he went inside, my husband sat outside in one of the chairs in front of the establishment, and my sister and I chatted nearby with a few people we’d just met from our hometown. My husband was seated for about 10–15 minutes, and we continued talking until the group we met went inside to eat. We then sat next to my husband, still waiting for my brother-in-law who was inside purchasing cigars. Out of nowhere, an older Black woman came outside and told us we could not sit there. My sister politely explained that her husband was inside buying cigars, but the woman’s attitude and tone were extremely rude and unwelcoming. Because of this encounter, we decided not to support the establishment. We’ve been to many cigar lounges and have never been treated with such disrespect. Customer service goes a long way, and this woman’s demeanor completely ruined what could have been a positive first impression. If you’re looking for a welcoming atmosphere and quality service, I highly recommend Fellaship ATL — we visited on a late Thursday evening and received exceptional customer service there. We want to support Black-owned businesses, but it’s difficult when you’re treated so harshly. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, and I do not recommend this cigar lounge.

I've been here a couple of times during my stay in Atlanta. Honestly, being my home away from home, staff was super friendly, and fellow patrons made me feel like one of them. I spent a couple of hours on my last day in Arlanta and wish I could come by more often. Will be back as soon as my travels find me back in Atlanta.

This is a really nice place. Plenty of comfy chairs, sofas, and tabletops for laptops. Some secluded seating too! The humidor is well-stocked and the employees are well versed. I will certainly visit again!

Awesome, just an awesome spot they are. Very knowledgeable and kind staff. Welcoming regular customers. My 2nd time coming back to Atlanta and it's just a gem. Get your food next door and your cigar time at El Jefe. It's a perfect mix. Will be coming back every visit back to Atlanta.
