I went into Xhale City on Agust 8th 2026 and Aaliyah was there opening up the store. It was 10am when I walked into the store with many questions about purchasing a new mod. She answered all of my questions and was very patient. She was also very kind, considerate, she also made sure I not only had everything I needed, but she made sure she have me options to choose from. Aaliyah was personable and when more people walked in the store, she greeted them and still made sure go out of her way to help me while helping them as well. Im SO glad I went to Xhale City when I did. I hope the next time I go.to Xhale City, Aaliyah is there. Thank you again Aaliyah for helping me. The store should have you training the new employees if they already don't have you doing it. You are absolutely phenomenal at customer service💜

Best and safest vape store in commerce Georgia. Obviously they’re gonna check your ID for products. You have to be over the age for always great product and best prices in town. Highly recommend the people are the sweetest most kindest humans. Thank you.

I went in here after giving up on all the smoke shops in the area... There is no sign you can see from the road so I didn't know where it was at but once I found it I was happy to know they had what I was looking for which was some rechargeable dab devices... Dude was very knowledgeable and helpful and I have been super satisfied with my two pieces and I've had them for a couple months... I'm bout to go back in there to get new coils and I know I'll continue going there from now on cause the prizes and the equipment they have is far better then what anyone else in this area has... The other shops in town our outdated compared.tk this place!!! Update... I've been back several times and they're always having deals, I got this sweet ass torch lighter for 18 bucks and the bing I love it especially with the cool fancy banger I bought. All this stuff works excellent and the prices are low I paid 50 for the glass and 20 for the banger.

Everyone there is absolutely AMAZING!seriously anytime someone has questions they are so kind and help us make the best choices they are always fully stocked and have a great variety of stuff i highly recommend coming here ! Seriously the safest and nicest people !

Visiting from out of town and had the best experience possible. Brittany was super knowledgeable and so incredibly nice. Will definitely be the shop I come to when in town again!
