Great shop with a solid selection of quality products. Everything is well-organized, and you can tell they care about what they carry. Huge shoutout to Dave—he’s extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain options without rushing or upselling. If you’re new or experienced, this is the kind of customer service that keeps you coming back. Highly recommend.

I had a really disappointing experience at this vape shop. The owner’s attitude is completely inconsistent—one minute they act friendly and welcoming, and the next they’re rude and dismissive for no reason. It feels fake and unprofessional, like customer service depends on their mood that day. On top of that, the store itself is in poor condition. It’s overcrowded with products crammed everywhere, making it hard to even move around comfortably. Honestly, it feels more like a fire hazard than a place of business. There doesn’t seem to be any organization or concern for safety. What’s even more concerning is that they appear to sell expired products, which is unacceptable and potentially unsafe for customers. That alone should be a huge red flag. Also, don’t be fooled by the “cheap” prices. There are plenty of other shops with similar pricing that actually provide a clean, safe environment and respectful customer service. Saving a few dollars isn’t worth the experience here. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Between the unpredictable behavior from the owner, the cluttered and unsafe environment, and questionable product quality, there are definitely better options out there.

Great experience at Juicy Vapes! Nick (N-I-C-K) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He made sure I got exactly what I needed and answered all my questions without rushing me. Excellent customer service I’ll definitely be back. Thanks again, Nick!
