I love this place. The people are always super helpful, and they usually have what i need, but if not, they're always happy to help me find an alternative or tell me where I might be able to find what im looking. Overall, its an amazing store with great people and a quality product. 10/10 would recommend.

The young dark haired "manager " doesn't make good on their products. My son who doesn't smoke stopped and picked it up . When he got it home and I opened it the vape wouldn't hit. I took it back within the hour of purchased for an exchange and he said he couldn't do anything about it. Company policy. I would think selling $50 vapes that don't work is theft not vape lottery.

This Vape store is a joke. The young man behind the counter didn't know much at all. And sold me a new vape mod that was $140. I didn't know anything about that particular one. Well after I got home and opened the box and looked at it, and saw that it takes 2 large batteries. So I turned around and drove right back to the shop thinking I could get my money back and get one that I know works with what I have. Well the young man told me no refunds. I said I was just there and this is NOT what I wanted at all. Oh well, theres nothing I can do about it, we don't give refunds or exchanges. WTH?? IF he actually knew about that particular vape, then he would've known I would've needed to buy the 2 batteries to put in the thing, and he said NOTHING! So now I have to try to sell this damned thing!! I'm pretty sure I'm stuck with it and now I'll have to spend $15 more on it to buy the batteries! I'm done with this store. I've tried to give them business, but not anymore, this was the last straw! Never again! I'm glad there's a new vape shop in town that actually carries the juice, Vape and the coils I need.

I just bought two vapes from this store. One of them was completely busted when I left. No one asked me to check them before I leave, and I went back to work. When I got back to work, I noticed that one of them was completely busted out the bottom. I called and spoke to the man working tonight, and he told me that since all of the rest of them are fine there’s nothing he can do. I will not be giving my business to Wild Impulse Vape anymore, and I just wanted to spread the word about the customer service that’s going on there. Very unimpressed.

I finally found my new vape spot!! Counter help was amazing! that girl knew her stuff And had a very easy relaxed, suggestive, selling technique that I can appreciate and actually makes me want to buy more…
