I just stood in the line waiting for 20 minutes while the one worker droned on with one customer about a vape juice they had 10 years ago ! While im standing there cash in hand to buy coils. I met the owner last time. He was a cool guy. So i came back. Now. I will mever be back .

It's a great place for delta and disposables, but if you're going for juice, mods, etc, the clerk has no idea about the products. He only does disposables, he said. Also, the staff used to be outgoing, friendly, and knowledgeable. Not anymore. So disappointed. I used to love this place. I did move away and was excited to visit them again. This was a disappointment

Best Vape Shop around hands down. You’ll never catch me going anywhere else. Amazing staff, incredible house juices and best prices. I live in Monticello and will make the haul anytime I need to re-up on juices or coils. Will always be a Rolling Rock guy. 💗

Took my device in and asked for exact replacement tank. Spent $40.00 on to find out later they did not even fit my device. Tried to take back and was told since I asked for tank instead of pod, there was no refund but did give me 2 pods at $5.00 value ea. She confirmed with another guy no refunds. Got home to find these pods did not fit the PNP coils. Will not be back. Ripped me off of $40.00. The first time I went in, there was a very knowledgeable guy that helped me and took the pod out of box and explained the difference between it and the one I had. Ended up liking it better than the original and thought I found a new supplier. She even held my device and looked at it and still sold me the wrong parts but because I asked for tank instead of pod, I lose. They should open the box and confirm correct before selling if there are no refunds. Will not be back.

I’ve been going to Rolling Rock for a long time. They have always been extremely helpful to me. Many times I have had issues with my mods and instead of trying to get me to spend a lot of money they have helped me figure out the issue and fix it instead. Integrity is a huge deal, especially today. I absolutely will continue doing business with RR and sending others their way.
