I really like the place, until the employees begin to close the store when customers are still wanting to buy things. I stopped by last night (06/15/26) at 11:56pm, there was an employee of AK outside, I asked her what time you close? She replied 12:00am, but we’ve already shut down the registers. You’d think they would wait until 12 to shut down, but customers are not a priority in their opinion. Will they start closing at 11:30 soon ? What time do you stay open till, for real?

This place lies to customers about which inventory is available day-to-day, customer-to-customer. I went there looking for loose flower, something I have purchased at this location multiple times in the past. I took a vacation out of town for a couple weeks and came back to meet a new worker who told me they no longer sold flower at this location, only pre rolls. That very same day, my best friend walked into the store and left with a bag of 3.5 flower. And to top it all off, these workers are incredibly nosy about my personal life and the lives of their customers. They gossip amongst each other when we come to them as friends and confidantes. I have been coming to this location for at least 3 years, faithfully and loyally. I will be patroning Tha Cloud House in Chatsworth from here on out. What a shame.

My new best head shop. Had what I wanted and Katie was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. People like her are what make shops shops👌you just gotta go and see for yourself. 10 outta 10👍

One of the employees should not be working there. I have a very busy job and she wanted to say just because my license is vertical she cant sell a vape to me like in what world did that matter my age is what matters. I've been in there two times and she didn't let me get a vape not once she or he should be fired! I never have a problem with any other vape shop, liquor store nothing this place is embarrassing!

Everything about the store is amazing! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable the prices are amazing and the atmosphere is definitely very awesome! 10 out of 10 definitely recommended!
