False advertisement…: we come here once a week buying 3-4 pods a week for vapes. They have these signs up BOGO! however the young man working today declined that to my husband and I saying he can’t give BOGO and when I mentioned the signs he said the signage isn’t his job. I've been in this vape store multiple times, but yesterday when I went into the store, there was a disgusting smell thru the entire store. It was so strong and so bad, I couldn't even look around the store for the dry herb vape I was hoping to purchase. It smelled so awful in there, I couldn't even stand to wait to buy the box of vape coils I'd came in the store for. I cannot even explain with words how nasty and funky the store smelled, like BO and urine, worse than a card shop with no AC in the dead heat of summer. I only stopped in because of the "Under New Management" signs hoping there might be new stock or staff, but the only thing new was an overwhelming stench of BO and human urine.

I usually love this shop. I travel to come here,.even though I can not accumulate points with the rewards system that I have enjoyed at all the other locations. Most of the time, the staff is plesant, they have what I need, and they are helpful. Today I was told that the coils that I buy never came from this store, yet I have a receipt showing my purchase. Knowing that I have an older tank, I was curious about purchasing a new tank so that I knew my coils would be available. One of the staff members took the tank out of the case for me to look at but then told me I couldn't touch it. Then when I asked her to take it apart so I could see how it fills, she said that she couldn't do that because there were too many parts. I am not going to spend 50$ on a new piece of equipment that i dont know anything about. The woman in green has been there each time I've come and tried to be helpful, yet not really knowledgeable. The woman in pink acted like she knew everything but was saying things that I know to be untrue. I went across the street to make my purchase.
