i usually have great experiences here but last time i went in an older guy behind the counter asked me inappropriate questions (insisted i gave my number to him and that i needed a boyfriend even after telling him im not interested) also judged me for using my discounts, felt very uncomfortable

The little guy has no clue. His knowledge about the product he sells was ZERO. I was there this afternoon trying to get information on his products as I am not familiar, his response was very rude, he refused to provide me with any information and he acted as if I was disturbing him. (Sign of Ignorance ) . He never explained one thing WOW !! How is it that such rude people stay in business ? Why are we allowing good customer service to become estinct ? Stop Patronizing Rudeness !

FOR THE OWNER : Jessi or the big male person who serves will not help you and will not be interested in doing so... I went to the store at 8:53 to buy gummies and supplements and asked for her help but the first thing he said to me " I'm going to close in 5 minutes ” (this is not good customer service) , different to the lady who serves you , help to you and explain to you and gives you good service!!! Thanks to this person I am seriously thinking about if to come back to the store or find another place to go where they want my money and can help me with a positive energy and attitude. Thanks Jessi or whatever your name is for providing poor customer service.

I cannot begin to explain how wonderful this store is. Not just for the products and variety, but for Ike and everyone else working there. They are incredibly nice, thoughtful, exceptionally caring and always have a smile on their faces! Ike is always there with a kind voice and uplifting story to make your day brighter! Going there is always a joy!!!
