Tried to purchase cbd oil there and it expired two years ago…. They told me the manager wasn’t there so they couldn’t issue a refund. Upon returning I was given a day the manager would be there but every time I came “the manager wasn’t there” never got a refund for a product they sold me that was very expired.

This place is legit! The owner is on deck and stocks all of the newest and freshest hardware. Most importantly is the owners strong advocacy to help others quit smoking cigarettes is amazing and relevant. That said the inventory ranges from gear for a new user to the advanced vapor. Oh and it gets better Umi Vapes has accessories......spare tips, glass, COILS, tanks, RDA's, wire, cotton, etc.... Definitely a place I will visit again. After all who doesn't need gas?

I will say that the merchandise is nice and the owner is friendly and a lovely lady. The three star rating is because the second time I visited the store, the profanity in the music that was playing was extremely offensive to me. I'm guessing she is marketing to young people, not 40 somethings like me. But why not give the store an atmosphere that everyone is comfortable in?

I am switching from disposables to the e-liquid and didn't know much about the options available to me. While the staff was very nice, apparently they didn't either. I purchased a Vinci vape pen and some tobacco flavored juice. They don't sell the replacement cartridges (which have the coil built-in) so I couldn't continue to use it until I sourced them elsewhere. They took my number and said they would try to source them but I never heard back. Even worse, I didn't notice for a while but the juice they sold me expired in May of 2020! Two years ago!

I went yesterday to this shop and had an amazing experience . owner took the the time to give my girlfriend a whole run down on device's and how they work and got her set up perfectly with a device that meets her needs and gave us information we could take anywhere. Great customer service. Very cool south Miami vibe , NO JUDGEMENT attitude like other shops we've been to. Very friendly. Will be a repeat customer and they have a really good selection of cbd products! 👍👍👍
