I’ve been here a couple times for a friend of mine. The last time I was there to pick up a micro dose pack for them and I didn’t really know which one they wanted so I asked for a recommendation from the young lady there, she gave several I chose one, bought it, and before I left the parking lot I saw that the product was expired. I returned and stated that it was expired, she offered me something else and I ended up saying never mind and asked for a refund. She said she couldn’t do one but her manager could the next day and for me to leave my number which I did. I asked when should I expect to hear from the manager she said she didn’t know and that they would be there some time the next day. Ok so I called the next day in the afternoon… I asked for the manager the lady said they aren’t there, I asked for her name( to let the manager know who I spoke with about the refund) she said she ain’t have a name for me and that the manager will call me later. Later never came and at like 7 in the evening I called back 3 times back to back until someone answered because at this time and from the earlier call I had no confidence that I would receive any communication. On the 3rd call the same lady answered said the manager said I could get cash, I said ok thank you. I got to the store got the cash and was going to buy something else for me and the lady wouldn’t sell to me and told me I was banned. For what I don’t know, as in all interactions I was nice and respectful, even when she was rude… ehhh I’m not upset there are many other shops around it was just odd… they sold me something expired and I’m not going to gift anything expired to someone else so I didn’t and asked for my money back and got zero communication until I called… 2 stars as the gentleman that I used to see was always very nice, the lady not so much.

They’re supposed to open at 10 o’clock. The employee didn’t show up today until 1006 unlock the door walked and locked it behind him took another three minutes for him to remove the window coverings and unlock the door. I almost gave up and left.

The staff is nice. I gave three stars because the prices are crazy. I only went here because my original shop was closed. I got a 20 pack of raw cone lean size and they were 16 dollars. That’s crazy. You can get them off amazon for 6. It’s a nice shop but I won’t be back

I wholeheartedly enjoy the owner, love the dude pretty funny won't budge on a price too bad he had recently had to hire new employee and this chick is super rude has no clue bout vapes because she doesn't vape an she has absolutely no humor her personality is very very dry an is of absolutely no help whatsoever in buying or not buying a vape and that is why I stopped goin by there so often ...my fav associate ofc moved outta state ....and their prices have really gone up ALOT too...
