I come here all the time and get the same edibles and when I got them and looked in the container they weren’t the right flavor that was on the LITERAL packaging and they wouldn’t do an exchange it’s supposed to be the gummies in the photo are supposed to be flavored and colored orange and it’s literally green, if your gonna make a no exchange policy make sure all your stuff is packaged right so nobody buys a product they didn’t want because of failure to look at product. I just wasted around 20$.

Love this store. The only complaint i have is the last THREE visits they havent had the coils in stock i need. They are popular so why they arent being reordered is wild to me. Z series, the only one they have in atock is the 35-47W which immediately needs changed in a day. Waste of money. I only started shopping here bc they always had the coils we use and i buy multiple boxes at a time so i spend well over $150 everytime i stop in woth coils and juice. Ill be stopping in tomorrow, Monday, so hopefully they have what i need

I won’t be taking my business to this location anymore! They clearly do not care about their customers. My girlfriend and I both shop here and spend a fair share of money monthly. To no avail do they order anything we actually want and are serious about buying! But continue to restock other things! It’s literally not worth my gas to drive to a store I was trying to support that refuses to stock things that customers truly care about! Half the employees at this location can not even explain a good bit of the merchandise or any of the features of products! Which is truly sad for a smoke shop! Especially as someone who has worked at a smoked shop! Their selection for electronic water pipes and devices was so bare before their 4/20 sales too which seems like such a cop out to not have much merchandise even really worth shopping for! Definitely looking for a new spot or ordering online from now on!

Xhale on Highway 5 is amazing! The customer service was excellent—Mason and Kiara went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. They were both knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful. I also respect how seriously they take regulations, like checking IDs and matching credit cards to IDs. It made me feel confident and safe spending my money there. The store is well-stocked, clean, and organized. Big shoutout to Mason and Kiara for making my experience so great! I’ll definitely be back!

Super cool store! AND 24 HOURS!?!? 🙌🙌 Staff, especially JAKE super cool, laid back and knowledgeable and helpful. 100% recommended this place for all the smoking things. 😁😁😁
