Went in to get a coil and a $5 bottle of diesel that was on clearance. Emma overcharged me ($8.99 for the diesel juice) and I told her it says $5. So she said she’ll give a coupon and I said ok. The ending price was still a lot and I told her that. She said “I gave you $2 off!” I told her that $9 minus $2 does not equal $5 and she got mad and said “my mother is the owner!” I told her I only ever met the guy owner and she said “he’s not the owner, my mother is! He’s just my step dad” and I said ok but the bottle clearly says $5 right here and she told me just to take it and go. I’ve been going to ks for years. But if that’s what I have to deal with than I’ll find else. I don’t need to be treated like that just because she can’t count. She didn’t even apologize! She was very rude! The other only reason I’m even giving 2 stars is because Emma’s “step father” is a very nice and polite man.

Ks vapor has amazing prices and very respectful employees. Miranda and Mary are always helpful and polite. They even have a wide selection of juices, kits, and disposables.

Troy and the young lady (I'm not sure of her name) are always so sweet and helpful when I go in there. The only complaint, I have, is that they always tend to be out of the coils, that I need for my device. While, they do have other coils, that are "compatible" with my device, they tend to leak and not work as well as expected. Popular products (fast movers) should always have a surplus stock. The prices are definitely reasonable and there's always something new to try. Thank y'all, so much!
