Bonnie was absolutely amazing! She has the sweetest personality and made our whole experience so much fun. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel so welcomed. It honestly felt like we’d known her forever. She was so kind, helpful, patient, and had the best chill vibe. She answered all of our questions, helped us find exactly what we needed, and had us laughing the whole time. She made the visit feel more like hanging out with a friend than shopping. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers, and that kind of customer service is rare. Bonnie definitely deserves all the recognition. We’ll absolutely be back because of her!

Went in for a specific thing and they had it and more to choose from! a lady named Dakota helped us and she was incredible! she’s super knowledgeable precise and friendly! We’ll definitely be returning to this smoke friendly shop!!!

I have been a customer of this store for over 5 years and I always buy e-cigarettes like this and when the previous one ran out, I opened the product 2 days after purchase and saw the liquid leaking out so I went to the store to ask for an exchange but they said the product packaging was opened and it was impossible. However, this product requires the packaging to be removed to check the contents. This is really ridiculous. I will have to find another store.
