I never have had a problem with this place. However, I had gotten off work early and my vape was burnt and died out. I checked the time to make sure they weren’t closing and I had enough time. I had arrived at 8:04pm, the store publicly states on the website that they are open to 10pm every night. However, when I got there, the door was locked and the 2 ladies would not let me inside. All I needed was two vapes and I would be on my way. Now, because the ladies refused to allow me to grab 2 vapes when they weren’t even supposed to close for another 2 hours. I’m having to wait until tomorrow. I guess those ladies just didn’t want business. Normally, I’m fine going here, everyone is nice but it seemed unreasonable to close 2 hours early. If the hours are accurate on the website, that’s how they should be in the store. Otherwise, change your hours on the website. Thank you!

This Chattanooga Vapor Co @Ft O is excellent! I have a great experience every single time I've gone to buy vape juice and devices. They're very knowledgeable in what they sell and you can tell that they do like their jobs! I've even had to contact them for a printout of my receipt. They were on it! This is the location to come to, no matter how far it is away from you! Absolutely recommend this location!

Great place with very kind and helpful staff. Ask them what they use. Ask them any questions they won't judge you and they actually know what they are talking about!

Hours are not correct. Drove here because it was listed as open until 10:00pm and I prefer these stores. Got here at 8:45 and they are closed.

I love this vape shop! The people in there are amazing but Ashley goes above and beyond! She is my go to for any vape related questions! If I could give her 10 stars I would!
