Bought a vape from them 2 days ago. Once the initial charge that was on it ran out, I try charging it just to find out that it doesn’t charge. Tried several chargers to verify that the vape was defective. Went back up to Tobacco World and walk in with the box and the vape. Explained the situation to buddy at the register and asked him if I could exchange it for another one. He looks me dead in the eye and says, “We can’t really control how well the Chinese factories put those together, all I can really do for you is throw you 5% off a different one.” To which I reply “Don’t worry about it.” I turn around to leave and he pleading that he can MAYBE give me one of the sample vapes that has had hundreds of people’s lips on it. I think I would’ve been more content with them telling me to shove it. Pretty impersonal interaction all around, i’d only recommend shopping here if you’re the type of person that would be fine throwing a few Andrew Jackson’s into a fireplace.

I never do reviews unless there was exceptional service, and I feel the need to speak up about it, which is very rare these days. I had the pleasure of stopping by the smoke shop to look at their variety of vapes as I approached the counter I was met with a very professional Gentlemen, by the name of Edward! I had a lot of questions and was indecisive on what I wanted to purchase as I’ve been trying new vapes every time, I got distracted by a keychain and he quickly helped me decide which one I wanted, mind you. I did not go in there for that however he was very polite and welcomed My questions and concerns. After that, we went back to Vapes I was in there for a total of probably 45 minutes. Multiple people come through the store and I watched as Edward was professional and helped everyone with their needs. I highly recommend visiting this location as Edward was so helpful.. I cannot speak for the other staff members as I do not know any of them, but Edward says he typically works in the afternoon y’all go up there and show him some love as they have a wide variety of vapes and various other things you might need for your collections. Thank you, Edward. I will be returning next time. I need a new vape.!

Good place amazing have better affordable vapes compared to other places best go to place for gas

Would not recommend. Their cigars are old and stale. I dont trust their humidor. Their lighters are overpriced for cheap quality products you csn find on aliexpress and similar low quality shops. Their prices are very much inflated. The people were nice though but Ill never buy anymore products from their location because of how disappointed we were buying cigars on multiple occasions giving a fair chance to local business. Very disappointed.
