Honestly, I thought I wasn't going to like it because it took me a min to get my hookah. So glad I didn't act like a complete a B***H, because management came and corrected the situation quickly, efficiently and respectful. If you have never been you should definitely slide through atleast once to check it out. Definitely worth it!!!
