I go see, John, no matter what mood I'm in, or the day I've had. He is always patient, kind, and so informative about each and every product. He goes out of his way to make sure you leave happy!! #fiftybar #militarydiscount

Hands down the BEST vape store around. This has been my go-to store for years now & it's simply because of the customer service! They are always so pleasant to deal with and always makes things right! Always helpful, always courteous, always friendly! (Literally would come all the way from Thomson for almost 3 years because of how awesome they are here!!) Thanks always for operating at 110%!! The 2 for 20 rack is always a plus too! Coming back to edit! I was still having issues with my vape that I bought 2 visits ago, during my next visit they figured out what was wrong & sent me on my way. Then I started having the same issue with the vape so I went back & was just going to buy a different vape because I was tired of running in to the same issue and not knowing why it kept randomly happening. They gave me a very nice discount on a brand new vape and were so kind as always. Its always the best customer service and genuine service with a smile!! As long as they are open I won't ever go anywhere else!!

I went here with no knowledge until a black gentleman name thaddeus helped me with my purchase. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me helping find a good product, and help me and my husband find a good starting point with there products. Thank you for your help we will be back.

Wonderful customer service from Thaddeus, will always come back!

Any time I go in there, they always take care of what I need no matter who is working. I buy the vape stuff for my wife, so I usually need help figuring out what I need to get for her and they help keep her happy!
