Matt was awesome. Great customer service. My only issue is with pricing. For example, lookah seahorse replacement coils1 are $49.99.. Average price is around $25 - $39. I have a site i can get them for $19.99 +shipping. His mark up is ridiculous and in my mind unethical. Unfortunately that was not the only product that had a ridiculous markup. Not going to be shopping there anymore.

Dionne I came in not really knowing what I was looking for and over the course of 10 minutes I had an in depth groove carved into my mind and filled with information about popular products, the reviews on them, personalized reviews as well as similarities and differences. Dionne is such a lovely woman, she seemed to understand who I was and what I was looking for. I’m so thankful

I had an amazing experience with Dionne great energy and very welcoming! Prices are good and fully stocked, highly recommend
