Both my fiancé and I frequent this location. How come when certain employees are on duty, the card system is magically down and they ONLY accept cash? But when other employees are in, thats not the case. This isn't the first time either. I was excited about this location as it's within 5 minutes of me but they almost never have the inventory I'm looking for.

This thing will only let me write one review. I got 2. I go in to the shop today and am waited on by a young lady named Noel. She is very pleasant and I was shocked by her intimate knowledge of all the products. I'm 64. But I'm giving her a shout out for her thoughtfulness when she took the time to casually chat with me about life. She gives off a good vibe and is easy to talk to. And that's cool. She was real. I put a lot of value in that. Carry on. o.k. I've seen a few real bad reviews. Time for a good one I'd say. I've NEVER had any remote issues with this store. Always open and on time. There's a lady manager named Hannah. THE most knowledgeable and 'worldly' lady I've ever met. I don't know anything other than what I see. SHE is the real deal and NO ONE can convince me otherwise, EXCEPT Hannah. She's a great sport and a very easy person to talk to. IF you got an issue with her, there's something wrong with YOU. 5 stars man, 5 stars. ONLY because I can't give 6. Believe it, remember it, and never forget it.

The manager is horrible her nickname bubbles she has blue hair and drives a white car. She treats her customers horribly she also went against Xhale store policy as well as the law. DONT SHOP HERE. You will be disappointed. She should be fired. Gossiping about employees as well as customers while there shopping in store is wrong. This is a liability for everyone. By the way it has low inventory on products compared to other stores but the two guys in there were nice and helpful.

Went in to get a nicotine vape with my boyfriend. I picked out a vape gave the dude my phone number he asked to see my boyfriends id since he was the one paying. He then asked for mine but I had left it in the car. I was then asked to go get it. I went out to get it but then realized I wasn’t buying it and I’m 50 years old and my boyfriend is 56. The law doesn’t state that someone has to show id when they aren’t making a purchase even when you’re in a liquor store. So I notice through the window that he isn’t selling it to my boyfriend until I come back in. So I went and got my boyfriend and we left and will NOT be back. The kid not selling us a vape told my boyfriend he’s been written up 3 times for not checking ids. Sounds to me like he will sell to minors but wants to give others a hard time. One other time I couldn’t be provided change from a $50. I spent $27 and the didn’t have change again I left. I will be sure to spread the word that this place doesn’t know how to follow rules or to provide customer service. If you need to see everyone’s id that enters the store you should be checking at the door not after you have rung them up and they’re trying to pay and I’ve heard them say flash of id real quick for the cameras. So they’re not even reading the id anyway.

Watch out for your transactions. They're new system now auto applies a 20 percent tip to your purchases. How about you pay your employees a livable wage instead of relying on your customers to give extra money for you to turn around and hand me a box. Lost a customer
