I had a great experience! The guy working let my wife take all kinds of stuff for free. She thought it was weird when she came in and he locked the door behind her, but it turns out that he really just wanted to give away lots of stuff for her being pretty. I wish I had the pretty privilege, but I'm glad you have big strong men there that take care of the girls.

Nash was a really nice guy, I have bone cancer and he and could see that I was in a good amount of pain and offered me a water. The incense smells amazing and I cant wait to light it, it was super super cheap!! If youve got cancer, this place is friendly and accommodating, not judgemental at all, so make sure to give them a visit for your THC/alternative pain care needs. Vape is perfect as always. I wish sometimes you knew if a vape was gonna taste good enough or if you're gonna like it before you bought it, but that's not the case. I got a few that I did not like at all. I thought I would but I didn't, and I know that you can't return them because you've already smoked out of them. So I don't know how that works, I guess I'll just have to hold onto them for a rainy day ,they get busy here , I know that and they have a large variety , and i'm very glad that they have my foggers here.

Shop here all the time no issues normally but when you let in new associates by themselves without proper training they make mistakes. Ended up spending 50 when I should have spent 20 from a new associate who had no idea what the difference between a cart and a pod is and sold me the wrong thing denying me any type of compensation for selling me the wrong product when I asked specifically and showed the device I needed it for. Please look into training her properly I don’t plan on ever getting help from them again at this location.

For the most part all Xhale locations are pretty good. Staff is nice. You're greeted as soon as you walk in and asked if you need help finding anything.
