I made it there just before closing because I was having a problem with my unit. The woman who helped me was amazing! She was knowledgeable, kind and even stayed a few minutes late to help! Exceptional customer service can be hard to find. She is a huge asset to the team. I have even decided to buy my E Juice there instead of online. My only regret, I should have gotten her name. Thanks for a great experience!!!

We don't live in the area any longer *sad panda face* and I will admit that we explored our options in our new state, but we just couldn't, because they all suck. America's Choice is for us. They are knowledgeable, patient, and honest. I love that they are able to take orders online and over the phone. I don't know what they put in their juices (Love, I'm going with love), but they keep us coming back. The range of juices is also amazing. A flavor for every person. And their customer service is by far the best I have ever had. I think the first time I went in, they spent over an hour with me, making sure my equipment worked and taste testing; my husband probably longer and they were so patient. When I call for a restock on our juices, I ask for honest opinions and honest opinions is what I get, which is very helpful. All in all, they are a great shop.

After reading reviews of other shops in town I decided to give this one a try. Let me tell you.. the reviews are spot on! I walked in not knowing anything about vaping and Oliver was very prompt in his response to a customer who clearly looked lost. His friendly smile and easy-going attitude made me feel like I was speaking with a long time friend. The woman who rung me up (forgot her name, sorry!) Shared the same level of excellent customer service. I can say with confidence that I will have repeat business with this shop.

Been buying my vape products at this store for the past 2 years and they have really great selection of juice, mods, coils etc. the employees are very knowledgeable about the products and even helped me pick a new flavor because I told them I don’t really taste the old one anymore, so they asked me what flavors I liked and gave me a few suggestions for what to get. Oh and I was having trouble with my mod, it won’t register my tank and they helped me with it. Pretty awesome shop.

Love love love this shop!! I go in there a couple times a month and its always a friendly and welcoming environment. The staff is always on top of whatever questions I have and if they don't know the answer they will make sure to find out the answer. I just changed all my equipment and everybody there was very helpful and knowledgeable. James helped me build my perfect setup and coils and I couldn't be more happier. I will never go anywhere else!! Keep up the amazing job!! And actually I'll be heading over there in just a few minutes
