When I walked in to Xhale City I was immediately captivated by the beauty of the merchandise inside this store. The lighting that reflects off the glass merchandise is breathtaking. I've never seen such a huge selection of glass vaping devices. There are so many choices to be made here, so I asked for help to find the right device. I was guided to the exact device I needed. I will describe it as a huge candy store for adults. There are so many great flavors to choose from. I will be back again and again. A+++ store & experience.

I've always had wonderful service at this location. I usually go midday. Today. Not the case. The person helping me was unhelpful and dismissive. I left and went to the Suwanee location and received wonderful service. Won't go back after 3pm to Lawrenceville.

“Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The employee was not helpful or cooperative, and the customer service was below expectations. I hope they improve their service.”

“Unfortunately, the employee was not helpful. It felt like he was trying to drive customers away instead of helping them. The customer service was very disappointing, and I hope management addresses this issue.”

I met the assistant manager. She was very warm, friendly and helpful and was able me find a product which suited my specs. And answered all my questions. Thank you. I felt the need to write this review as I went to 3 other vape shops and the attendants were not customer oriented or knew anything about vapes.
