Cool spot. Went early on a Saturday for cigars and drinks. No one was in there. Reasonably priced cigars. We ordered the Philly egg roll which was just 1 egg roll cut in half but it was delicious. I ordered a margarita and finally a place that makes good drinks. Bartender did a good job on the margarita. Overall cool spot.

My friend and I visited here as 1st timers. We have a normal cigar lounge, which is very, nice!! However, it was the new year and wanted to try new things. It was a drive for sure!! The space is smaller than expected ig. We were given the choice to sit at the bar or share a table with someone already seated. The bar only had 2 seats, but would separate us. It's also, very, close to the high top tables we chose to sit. Which are small!! They have a lil area for "members only". I get it, but considering the limited space, they may want to sacrifice that lil option for now. I ordered the egg rolls. Online pics showed 2 eggrolls sliced. I was brought 1 sliced eggroll. Wish I'd waited to eat at Applebee's later which is where we ended up. Now, the drinks were amazing!! I had strawberry lemon drops. The waitress was very, sweet! I appreciated her. The cigar attendant was not hospitable 🙅🏽‍♀️ We had to ask his name, my gf thought and asked if he worked in the cigar room. We thought we were imposing on him. Overall, you may want to try it for yourself. I wouldn't return. Maybe for the DJ, but that's it. He was too, cool. Hate giving these kind of reviews, but hopeful it'll help their establishment. Blessings.

Block was amazing assisting my sister with her first cigar experience. Dominique held us down behind the bar. Every time I come I have a great time, from my birthday to just casual drinks, this is one of my favorite spots on the west side. Food is on point as well. Not your typical bar food.

Quality has definitely declined. This used to be a great little spot, but unfortunately several changes have taken away from the experience. The menu and food quality aren't what they used to be, and the drinks now taste overly sweet and artificial. An Old Fashioned was bright red and syrupy instead of a quality bourbon cocktail you'd expect at a cigar lounge. Definitely do not ask for a cognac craft cocktail, just stick to bourbon or cognac neat at this point. The $20 per-seat reservation fee is no longer applied toward the final bill, which makes it harder to justify. The atmosphere was a mix age crowd but the band stuck to 60/70/80's old school music, even after playing one 90s song and realizing the crowd appreciated it they went back to a slow bore. $200 later, the experience just wasn't worth it. The cost wouldn't have been an issue if the quality had matched the price.

This is Mac, & I throughly enjoyed my experience at the Acere Cigar lounge between 5pm - 7pm today! Pam, the Manager was really helpful & extremely observant. Dominique, the bar tender & Kristy (with a "K"), work well as a team & made my experience wonderful! All the waitresses are hella good and very attentive to the customer needs. On Saturdays, when they have live music, the experience is a "can't miss" as well. If there is any opportunities to work on I can provide, it would be to have a way, where customers who order food, can leave tips for the cooks in the kitchen, even if is a Cashapp account , "Acere Cooks in Kitchen Tip", associated email / cell #. The food is fiyah! The redfish, wings, & rice pilaf, are BOMB!! Thank all of y'all & your efforts & service are truly noticed, & appreciated!! "Z - Mac"
