LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! They literally have EVERYTHING!!!!Large selection and the staff is always so kind and informative. Cameron is such a sweetie always answers all my questions.

I can’t remember her name. This is my least favorite chain of Xhale City in the area — had a horrible experience. Part of the fun in going to these stores is looking at the stock and trying new things. The employee working last I visited assumed, rather obviously lol, that I had no clue what I was talking about and would not be able to handle anything strong. I was sober. Wasn’t tweaking. Speaking coherently. No basis whatsoever. But it’s not your responsibility to say “I don’t think you should get this” or “Don’t try that one” when I’m asking. 😆

Okay so I've been to a lot of vape stores over in California but this is the first one that I've seen that has the selection like this. You cannot go wrong here. The staff is incredibly helpful and like I said the selection is just off the chain. Whatever you need vape wise glassware wise I highly recommend this store.

4/20/26 11am.. guy working has ZERO customer service skills and doesn't know a thing about your most popular vape kit.. either train or fire

Came in last night with a few questions about some products they carried. Extremely helpful employees, not pushy to purchase certain things or overly expensive suggestions there was something for every price range. Amazing lay out they’ve really managed to carry everything from brands you know to brands you may have seen and never gotten to try. Amazing selection really nice staff and great service.
