I used to frequent this establishment and had accumulated a substantial number of loyalty points. The service was consistently satisfactory until a few months ago when I visited and discovered that the prices had doubled. As a regular customer, I was familiar with the pricing and the staff. However, upon noticing the change in personnel, I encountered an individual who lacked knowledge about the products and attempted to feign expertise. Consequently, I decided to seek an alternative establishment. It is crucial to employ knowledgeable staff, such as the previous Asian employee, to ensure customer satisfaction. A smoke shop staffed by individuals who are unfamiliar with the products they are selling is not conducive to a positive customer experience.

2nd experience today! Im still a satisfied customer! Same guy, likely the owner was friendly. This time he helped me find a new product that will be a better fit for my lifestyle! Plus the new product isnt going to cost me anymore $ So far I'm happy! I Recommend. 1st experience: Top notch customer service, the guy was seemed pretty knowledgeable. He was helpful & answered my questions. (April, 2024 Found this place by accident after my regular spot was out of my product.)

Good vibes in here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They even take feedback from customers to make decisions on what to order from their suppliers. If you haven’t already, I recommend giving them a visit.
