I had a great experience at Cloud 9 thanks to Shaun he was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to hero me find everything I needed I plan to be back for more of your products as you had a wide variety and great selection.

Great place! Callie and Sara are always super sweet and friendly! Nick was there today when I went it and he was so great at helping me get what I needed!

I came in one night with a terrible problem. My puffco was having connection problems, and I tried everything I could to fix it. I went to cloud9 to see if they had any advice, and luckily my prayers were answered. I walked up to Nick, told him my problem, when he then tapped into his infinite wisdom and saved the day. He told me what I should try doing before giving up, and after I went home and did it, the puffco started working again. I am forever grateful to the genius that is named Nick and I believe everybody should thank Nick for everything he has done for the community.
