I always have a really great experience every time I come here. The owner is super nice, welcoming, and always willing to help if you have questions or need recommendations. You can tell she really cares about her customers. They also have a really nice selection in stock. everything is well organized and easy to find. Definitely one of my go-to smoke shops. Highly recommend

Nice Urban Exotic Smoke Shop is hands down one of the best smoke shops around. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and has a great selection of products. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to help you find exactly what you need. Prices are fair, customer service is excellent, and the atmosphere is welcoming every time I visit. If you’re looking for quality products and great service, I highly recommend Nice Urban Exotic Smoke Shop!”

I came in bought a mini ploox hookah. I purchased an additional flavor pack along with the purchase of the mini hookah cup and flavor I purchased. After first time use of one of the flavors, I charged it and after I tried to disconnected it from the charger. It began to make a sizzling noise and flickering less than 24 hrs after purchase. I spoke with the owner about it she tried to tell me that she could not refund me that she could but she won't because when I left the store it was working fine. So she could only offer me a 50% off discount to replace it and to bring it back in keep it regardless of it randomly sizzling throughout the night not even in use it was very defective and unsafe to be keeping in my room. I came in today 6/10/2026 to replace it and the girls at the counter kept laughing looking at me then looking back at each other as if something was funny. One of them was sitting by the register eating Little caesars pizza greasy hands. Unprofessional, I was requesting particular flavors and she told me I could only get the ones where it only came with the flavor not the cup. I mistakenly listed a flavor that did not come separately she laughed in my face instead of telling me once again it did not come separately failed to remain professional had no customer service. Eating little caesars at the counter handling people's stuff is disgusting and unprofessional horrible look horrible customer service and making me pay trying to blame me saying I got it wet and that it was my fault that it messed up not replacing it for free is crazy. The replacement stopped working less than 24 hours as well selling defective products i spent over $60 in total.

Great location with a large variety. Always a great vibe at this location. If they don’t have what I’m looking for they always have it next time I’m in.

Great customer service and down to earth… will be back .. 10 out of 10!!! Love the selection.
