5 stars for the staff here. They are all very knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, & very customer focused. I'm thankful for the staff being so knowledgeable on the products here as well as always helping steer me in the right direction. Absolutely love this smoke shop! The staff are super friendly especially Hannah she is so knowledgeable. They really know their products and always give great recommendations. The prices are fair, and the vibe in the shop is chill and welcoming. It’s my go-to spot for everything I need — from vapes and glass pieces to incense and accessories. Highly recommend checking it out if you want great service and good energy!

I have been to this store 4 times now and every time the workers have been very polite and informed. I recently came to get a refillable vape to replace my disposable and Rosemary gave me excellent advice about vape options and juices to pair. Easily 5 stars

I brought two ploox vapes from them Saturday and they went out Sunday! Called and told the store associate. They didn’t do anything. This is my second time buying and their vapes went out. I’ll never go back. Wasted my 40 dollars. Vapes was brand new barely used and went out smh. Bad products.
