Leilani is hands down the reason I’ll keep coming back. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. Her product knowledge is outstanding, and she took the time to explain the differences between options without ever making me feel pressured. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a positive attitude. She made the entire experience easy, enjoyable, and stress-free. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days, and she truly sets the standard for what every business should strive for. If you’re visiting this shop, do yourself a favor and ask for Leilani. She’ll make sure you’re taken care of. Five stars isn’t enough!

came in this morning. lady was really nice(sorry i dont know your name). got 4 disposables. this is a new flavor. good mix of both flavors. prefer it on normal but boost is good too

Love the store and especially Leilani (hopefully spelled correctly)she’s awesome always friendly and extremely helpful!! Always look forward to seeing her !

Bro sees me and instantly sees dollar signs in his eyes. Noticed I was a good customer so he rewards me by upcharging me and ending the sale on the devices I like. Do not become a regular here. This dude just types however much he thinks he can make off you into the credit card machine and runs it. He thinks his customers are suckers. I know it’s a bit further but Xhale City in Sharpsburg has better prices and they don’t change suddenly when the owner recognizes you….

Leilani IS SO FREAKING AWESOME, she is always very informative and has great recommendations, I honestly come here when she is here to buy my itmes.i highly recommend to see her for all your vape shop needs.
