In a time where customer service is non-existant, these guys went above and beyond. I am down here visiting family, and hopefully moving. I dropped my vape and the glass on atomizer broke. I went in and they searched through every drawer they had to find a replacement glass that fit my vape. Because of their excellent customer service I also bought a bottle of juice even though I didn't need any just to spend a little more at the shop as a thank you. When I finally find a job ando e to the area this will be my go-to spot for vape accessories and juice.

I came in right before closing time and even though I'm new to vaping they helped me and took their time to assist me. They helped me pick a mod and then e juices. They have a HUGE selection of e juice however they have their own brand of juice and they have a B2G1 free deal on those.

Poor customer service has people out here.Waiting management sucks cause they don't care about you.They just , it's on their time when they want to i get is wait or go to a different store and take your service somewhere else not professional at all

First time going to a brick and mortar vape lounge. Mike set me up with an amazing mod and had the best suggestions for liquid. He is very friendly and thorough. 10/10 would return/would recommend.
