Staff is friendly enough, but it's a shame management (Trevor) is "not really ever in". I was double charged on a purchase months ago. I've gone in multiple times since to leave my contact info with staff (who didn't know what to do). Have received zero communication from Xhale. I. Paid. For one purchase. Twice. I don't like to give my money away, especially not to a franchised business which refuses to try to correct their mistakes. Plenty of other smoke shops to visit in the area that are honest and function with integrity and accountability.

Squid was awesome helping me to pick out the perfect water pipe - a solid glass piece, well-designed, easy to clean, and super reasonably priced. Great shop and staff!!
