Will definitely come back! Lola was awesome! Super helpful and knowledgeable! Deserves a raise for her customer service! She knew what I asked for and helped me! Also love the T-shirt selection!

I visit this place a lot an have alway been respected by the older workers.but on this day I was appalled at the treatment I received from a young Alex an D.j ..Alex didn't talk to me with respect in my opinion with her yelling at me..an Dj became annoyed with me when I asked him to review my tax info on my receipt..I as a Shadow Healer 3rd generation in my Haitian family i as a Mambo attempt to spread light but darkness lurks in people's souls. Dj was dealing with a suicide of a family member so I overstand it may have been his grief that threaten me.but I hope the next family funeral he is allowed to attend because everyone must be able to grieve, Thier lost! if not they go to work an disrespect the wrong customer I'm sorry for his lose but I didn't deserve that..I won't be visiting this smoke city again 👎🏽very disappointed with both young workers do better smoke city,🙄

Unbelievable this is the third time I came in and the kratom I asked them to get in wasn't in. I don't know how the employees just say I just work here, but you have a good customer ask for them to get shit restocked items that you already had. They don't do anything about it. I will say you just lost a good Customer. Wasn't like I didn't ask politely

Best store in Savannah for vapes. Tons of options, good prices, and the staff will help you figure out which devices or flavors are best for you!

The staff at this location make it the best in Savannah! I have been to the "competitors" and they just don't compare. I have been a loyal customer for over a year now and what keeps me returning is the customer service by far. The staff here are knowledgeable about products and varieties. If you have a question about something and they don't have the answer right away, they are reaching out to find an answer for you. A lot of places would tell you they don't know and just send you on your way. For the most part, I'm good with names and I'm in there so much that I have remembered everyone's name and of course they know mine which makes it more personable for me as well. I look forward to continuing business with all of you. Thank you for everything that you all do.
