This IS the best shop in Savannah! Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable of the products they obtain! They have the best prices in town! Love this shop!

Was my favorite shop until today they sold me a defective cart for a second time and refused to accommodate accordingly. I understand where the associate was coming from with her explanation but I’ve received different service depending on who’s behind the counter. I’ve now payed $40+ on something I can’t get any use out of.

Terrible customer service. The employee didn't know the product that I was looking for. She gave me an attitude and told me that she will steal my change from my purchase. I will be calling corporate and speak to a manager in person. NO STARS!

On Friday raffles, pay attention to the conversations and relationships at the counter before the drawing. The drawing is what made me shop there. After I noticed unemployee boyfriend at the counter during, and winning the raffle to the point I was able to assume the winner before a ticket was drawn. I couldn't bring myself to shop there anymore because I wanted to acknowledge it in front of everybody as me and another customer discussed it immediately after leaving in the parking lot. This was a few months ago but I've yet to return because of how much that rubbed me the wrong way
