Absolutely avoid this place. Bought a Wulf Flex dab pen from here and it was defective. I purchased it on Wednesday, only used it as it was intended on Thursday, and it stopped working that same night. I returned to the store for an exchange and was informed they have a 24 hour policy. They do not make that clear at all as there is only a small piece of paper by the register. It’s messed up they can give you a shitty product that was defective and not even have the decency to exchange it. The pen didn’t even last a day. Update: The store manager personally reached out and offered to exchange it. I’m glad they care and pay attention to their reviews even though it still was an inconvenience, I am grateful they resolved the issue.

I was throughly impressed by the service at this store! The staff are super knowledgeable. The guy who assisted me he knew exactly which coils I needed without me having to take my tank apart, and he even introduced me to some amazing new juices. I'm definitely going to be a regular at this Xhale store!

Look I’ve been to most Xhale Citys around ATL, and in all honesty they are all pretty much 5 star experiences. However, like most people, even when I get 5 star service I rarely leave a review. Today though, I went in to the shop closest to my house around 6PM that I’ve been in multiple times and Connor (hope I spelled that right) helped me out. Bro is a real one, I’ve pretty much gotten the same thing every time for like a year but after talking with him I decided to try something new and my lord… bro was not lying. I really just wanted to highlight this guy because everyone I’ve met at all the shops are dope, but more than that he genuinely wanted to help me have the best experience I could. Shoutout Xhale City, and shoutout Connor fr. Give my man a raise or something haha. Also to anyone that it might apply to, try this next time you go. GAS

Joseph is the man! Every time I stop in, I end up not only finding something fun and new to try but also having great conversations with the staff. Used to kind of bounce around to different shops, but I think we’ve found our #1 spot. They just stand out every time. Plus they have a rewards program and after buying a few things, we get $$$ to use towards a purchase. All around immaculate vibes. 5 stars. 10/10 would recommend. Will be back soon 🙌

Copper is amazing with the customer service. As a store leader myself I would totally hire him as a member on my team. We need a ton more agents like him. I really appreciate the kindness after a long day myself.
