Went in to buy something.... Card declined bc there wasn't quite enough on it.. But it did take what was left on card. Didn't have any cash so I asked her to cancel it and I would come back another time. She told me she cancelled it and that it would be put back on my card. Fast forward 8 days ... Nothing. I needed something in there today... Thinking I could show him the charge information...details ect. And he would just credit it off my purchase today. Guy claiming to be manager spent 20 minutes to tell me he wasn't doing anything about it. He could have easily fixed this in a second but just didn't want to let go of control. Week prior went in and had some questions about a couple products.. Got rushed with attitude. Thinking maybe all the employees Share the same brain.

I have been to quite a few smoke shops across America throughout my life. Smoke Crave was surprisingly clean, professional, and smelled pleasant. I will be returning.

Best vape store in bulloch. The employees are awesome and knowledgeable about the different products. If there's a line it's always quick. I'm in and out within 5 minutes everytime. The prices are also the cheapest I've seen. Not even just statesboro but also when compared to Savanah. I love this place honestly I wanna work here.

This shop is AWESOME! Not only is the staff super friendly, but they also know their stuff! They are so knowledgeable about everything, and they will help you find exactly what you're looking for. I HIGHly recommend stopping in!

Just gotta say the SmokeCrave on South Main St in Statesboro Ga rocks my socks off man! Meg's and Olivia as well as the other crew are always so friendly and make you feel like you're getting an experience that is rare to come by anymore! That alone is the reason I'm an everyday customer. I walk out with a smile every single time! These people deserve to get paid well for the extra time they spend to put a smile on your face and they don't treat it like it's a job responsibility, they are genuinely awesome people who care that you leave HAPPY. Thank you so much, to the aforementioned crew...You guys rock!!!
