My man just bought a vape there tonight. It was terrible! Tasted like smoke - barely any flavor!!! He went back to exchange it. Second vape just as terrible. Do NOT support this business. The man running it is RUDE and has no customer service skills. He could have offered money or goods of any kind from the store in exchange This man is in OUR community just taking folks money!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a scale and it didn't work and when I tried to take it back to trade it they wouldn't let me, this store is run down and there pulling junky stunts, and there's usually ppl all outside the store begging, going here will be a waste of your time and money, never had I ever not been able to trade out a item, never again

Just stopped here as I was passing through the area and this place is very nice clean and organized! Cashier was very nice!

Avoid this place at all cost. The owner is racist. My fiance and I purchased a pack of cigarettes for a friend using his visa gift card. We swiped the card and the transaction was approved, however the owner told us that we couldn't buy tobacco using that card. The owner wanted to call the visa gift card company to reverse the charges after the transaction went through, however we stopped him and informed him that if visa gift cards didn't allow to tobacco purchases the card would've declined. According to the visa website you can generally buy tobacco with a standard Visa gift card at a physical smoke shop, provided the store accepts credit cards and the card has enough balance. Well we had more than enough. We contacted the number on the back of the card and confirmed that the transaction went through. This owner is racist and is racially profiling his customers and if he keeps it up he will lose customers and find himself in court.
