I guess they are no more into the business. No reply of emails, can’t leave a voicemail, no reply of website inquiry , sales team won’t answer calls no matter who you select Aavi, Harry, etc. Tried to follow up with them multiple times. I don’t recommend this business.

As an owner of Three kings smoke and vape, ah smoke and vape , and white cloud smoke and vape in arizona, we order a big order for the 3 stores however when we received the order some of the items were broken , some of them are DEFECTED, can't function. When I called the company they told me to do a claim with the shipping company, they want me to open q claim about a DEFECTED item that they are not suppose to SELL FROM THE FIRST PLACE. BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY , VERY VERY SHADY. THEY LOST OUR BUSINESS FOR EVER.

I just walked in looking at things for my business. After looking around for 20 minutes an employee invades my personal space getting all close as with asking or saying hi how are you he looks at me and my coworker and says, “ do u own a membership “ I said no I’m just looking around to which he responds… a business? I say no because at this point I want him to leave me alone and then he say well we only sell to owners of shops and businesses then he walks away … I’m sitting there thinking , no duh this is a wholesale that’s the entire point selling cheaper in bulk of businesses and shops . Either way not only was it hot in there but hospitality/ customer service and professionalism are lacking heavily good prices bad people
