I normally have a great experience here. I purchased a hookah for my son’s 21st birthday gift. The sales person knew this was our first hookah experience. We purchased the hookah and other accessories. The salesperson sold us tips that did not fit the hookah. The first time we called about the tips, the person said that those were the only tips that they had which I replied it shouldn’t matter, you don’t sell a customer or something that they can’t use. We have called several times to speak to a manager to no avail. The manager is never there when we call and they can’t tell us when the manager will be in because of security reasons. I will continue to call and I have also been trying to find the corporate office number. It is not too much to ask for them to take this product back and exchange for a store credit.

I had a wonderful experience unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name but The manager on 3/18/26 stayed after his shift to help me with the purchase of a new glass piece he was very knowledgeable and the vibe inside of the store was great

White male manager is very rude. Shouldn’t be working in customer service with a sensitive attitude. Threw a vape at me as I was leaving the store. Lost my business, I will be letting others know also.

I never experienced this store's bad Employees. I felt almost rasism. I don't want to visit this store again.

Every time I've come to this location, the entire staff has been helpful and always have what I'm looking for. The place is kept clean, and the rewards program is a nice little perk!
