Terrible experience, went in looking for a e rig and got greeted with a up-sale of 300$ and a very rude attitude. when I did not want to purchase the device. Don't know who would want that treatment over not wanting something I didn’t come in for but definitely don’t recommend coming in when the shirt white guy is in there. Very unhelpful and rude

It may not be a good idea to ask, but they did give us water without charging ^^. I love the customer service in this store. Plus the hookah they recommended was really good in flavor!

Visited on 7/3/2025 at 2:30 p.m. One of the employees (cashier) was inattentive, appeared very impaired (red, heavy eyes), and was unprofessional. I tried to get help, but he just stood around. I stepped behind the counter briefly to see the products better since no one was assisting me. At that point, he became hostile, started cursing, and threatened me. I didn’t realize helping customers was so difficult. Never has a cashier acted that way. I was a returning customer, but I will not be returning after this. Xhale City, you all are better than this! I hope management can address it. If he keeps that up you all are going to lose more customers.
