A product was purchased but it was already opened. Literally, turned back around and the new person said no exchanged. They suck in this department. A new employee. Ugh Especially if you are a regular customer. Shared with the new employee that the product will be disposed of in their trash. She was like okay in a tone that wasn't nice. I told her that I didn't care for her tone. And that she didn't have to say anything or yes. Please work on customer service. I enjoy the other stores where they are more friendly.

Purchased gummies yesterday and got home and saw they were out of date. Tried to return. They said we have no evidence you purchased here or that it was yesterday although had receipt in hand. They said no returns. Be Aware they will sell you outdated and even give you a free one when you purchase to get rid of it and could cause harm to you
