Zero stars! Went for a lottery ticket. Was told I had to move a few feet over (same counter) and stand in front of the lottery machine. In disbelief, I said the machine is right there can't you get my ticket, and handed the clerk my money. The clerk refused to take my money and said I had to move over! There were no other customers at the counter. I left. Such ignorance. I now go to Kroger for lottery.
