Been here a couple of times and the staff is so nice and welcoming. They always help me out whenever I have any sort of questions. Ray is always super sweet and funny! I tend to ask a lot of questions and it could be overwhelming but she is very sweet and answers all of them. Thankyou!

I'll start off by saying this is probably one of the best locations you can go to hands down. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional and go out of their way to actually explain how all of their products work. I had a terrible experience, at another smoke shop and when I came here it was one of the best customer experiences I have ever experienced. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you're in the area just come here. They'll hands down. Have everything you need and take care of you.

Jayden was AMAZING. She took the time and answered all of my questions. 10/10 service. Will definitely be returning!

You can’t go wrong with cloud 9!!! Especially when Jayden hooks you up with the best deals!! Highly recommend you check out cloud 9 in town lake and ask for Jayden!😆

Excellent service. Tristan and Taylor were both super helpful and went out of their way to help me get what I need.
