Cat was so helpful!!!! today, someone sold us a pack something at the wrong mg and it was verbally said to be one mg, and was another, so we were upset but hopeful to try to go back and sort it out. luckily Cat, the right girl at the right time was there, and she helped defuse the situation so quickly and well and it exchanged it without any hostility and understood fully. Thanks so much girl!!!! We need more customer service like that.

Everytime I come to this store they are extremely welcoming and kind. Any question I have is always answered and Eli and Davis always helps with recommendations and know absolutely everything you could possibly need to know. Highly suggest going to cloud 9 for any of your needs have been for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
